Well, first of all I would like to thank you all for your kind comments on the previous posts.
Today has been a weird day. I have barely eaten till dinner, as I didn’t have anything healthy on my fridge, so had to run at the end of the day to do some food shopping, otherwise I think I would have fainted.
Also, I have been feeling quite tired and with loads of headache, guess cause my food habits are changing, so I didn’t do any exercise today. And the most weirdest thing, is that I gain one kilo, GRRR, what’s wrong? anyways, I don’t understand why, cause I eat less and healthier, but let’s be patient, I still have 5 days to lose 3 kilos
. Wish me luck for that !

As you can see on the image above, it’s a collage of LM Diet, day 2. You can see my body shape how it is right now, so I can compare the results in one month time. Also, my weight today (61 kilos), my dinner that was amazingly delicious – Chicken Breast and Spinach -, some low fat corn biscuits ( had four of them ), cranberry light juice ( sorry but I can’t leave without it ), and a low fat sugar free apricot yogurt.
Also I went food shopping today, and decided to go for frozen vegetables, fresh fruits, soups, eggs, yogurt, chicken breast, etc… As you can see, I have decided to leave apart all sort of pasta, bread, chips, chocolates, which used to be my normal day to day food.
So to sum up, today I had, half a litre of water + three glasses of light cranberry juice + four corn biscuits + one banana + one chicken breast and spinach with mushrooms for dinner + one low fat sugar free apricot yogurt.
