Gisele Bundchen and Terry Richardson. She is wearing Terry's glasses

You know you are a celeb when you are snapped by Terry Richardson. Depending on your VIP-profile you will be pictured in one of these variants: high celeb means funny pictures or pretending to be Terry himself; semi-naked if you are a model or in a non appropriate sexual pose if you were an unknown model in 2000 and you were photographed for his album-book Kibosh. If you aren’t any of these personalities, don’t wait for Terry Richardson’s call.

We don’t know if he inherited from his father this kind of photos, but what is true is he showed him the love for this art.

Born in New York, raised in California, and currently resident in the Big Apple, this photographer is the author of several fashion campaigns for Marc Jacobs, Tom Ford, Aldo, Yves Saint Laurent and the list goes on; and editorial magazines such as Rolling Stones, Vogue, I-D, Vanity Fair, GQ, Harper’s Bazaar…

His latest photos? We knew his last job for Valentino accessories last week, shot by himself and starred as well. Well, actually his arm and hand only, we don’t need anything else to know that that inked-arm belongs to Mr. R. Valentino has changed the elegance of its models for the touch of punk in this new campaign. Will it be because since the exhibition at Met’s everything seems to have a touch of Punk?

She has also dared to direct a documentary about Lady Gaga’s life, because she asked him to do. Or the video to start the show of Mango a couple of years ago starred by Kate Most and himself, which was shot and broadcast live to the Mango fashion show at the Centre Pompidou in Paris.

However, his ego doesn’t stand behind the flashes, it has come in front of the camera. Apart from some sexual postures, unnecessary to take into account to explain about the art of this photographer, he always appears beside the celebrities after taking some photos of them. One of the most popular ones is the Obama session.

The sexuality issue causes him some controversies, sues, and organizations against him. What is true is that he has created a brand of himself and a particular style, which has let him succed white wall as a background, close pictures and famous people in mundane situations.

Red carpet is not just at the cinema events, it has a direct competitor, the MET Ball, a glamorous catwalk of outfits and celebrities, and altogether. What can you expect from an event organized by Vogue? Nothing else than the most fashionable celebrities. If cinema events show all the star system in action, here you can find fashion in motion.

As it is well known, the Ball is themed every year related to what Costume Institute Exhibition is showing, so this year is time to get rebel, punk is not dead. If last year was the feminine power with two muses as Schiaparelli and Prada, this year is time to become insurgen, Punk: Chaos to Couture.

Punk Studs, burgundy lips, zippers were the must-have of the event. Although the new item to be added to the punk list is ear cuffs. A big number of celebrities wore this jewelry piece.

One of the outfits which suited best with the theme of the Ball was the one from Nichole Richie. After lots of hours tanning herself, she decided to contrast her skin with a Topshop dress and she added a touch of punk with ear cuff.

But we should admit that one of our favorite ones, and one of the most according outfits to the party theme is the Wes Gordon dress which was worn by Constance Jablonski. She did not miss the key accessory of the night either: ear cuffs.

Who we are not sure she really understood what punk is was Miley Cyrus, well I would say what Fashion is. Not because the fact of emulating the spiky hair of Sid Vicious means you are a punk girl. Even the Marc Jacobs dress she wore and the ear cuff didn’t improve what was going on up to her face.

We don’t know if it is because of her youth but another actress who don’ t understand what punk is is Elle Fanning. Fortunately her ear cuff gives her a touch of elegance. She made a combination between a Cindy Lauper make up and a hippie die-tied dress from Rodarte.

If it is a fashion party you need models to give cache to your event. The starts of the night? Cara Delevingne (in Burburry Prorsum) – she is in all things –, Karolina Kurkova who wore a Mary Katrantzou dress or the 90′ s supermodel Linda Evangelista (in Marchesa ) were wearing ear cuffs.

Actresses also appeared at the event, and most of them were wearing this jewelry item, obviously each of them in a different and own style: the original inner ear jewelry in a shape of a wing that Mad Men’s Jessica Pare chose; the always well dressed Jessica Alba gets a perfect outfit again which matches with the ear cuff or the American actress January Jones who mixed a sparkling black Chanel dress with an original make up and an ear cuff. Although Bella Heathcote dress wasn’t the ‘punkiest’, Bella Heathcote’ helped herself to get the look with an enlarged eye line and an ear cuff.

However the pioneers of ear cuffs were the actresses Siena Miller and Diane Kruger. It is not the first time they have appeared at an event with this jewelry item.

Siena wrapped by Burberry Prorsum (it seems that Cara and her went to the same shop to buy her Met outfit), she matches her multiple spikes on her outfit with her ear cuff made by Genevieve Jones. Was for this reason that they finished the night kissing each other?

The other wise choice of the night, and the Lady Marshmallow favorite one, came from Diane Kruger: pink dyed hair on the ending, Chanel dress SS13 and ear cuff, she arrived late at the event, but she hit the carpet.

Lady Marshmallow wanted to join this fashionable jewelry, so… why don’t we add this item to our new collection? We’ve got two versions… the spiky one to follow this punk trend or the native version to get your Music Festival outfit. Which one is your fav one?

With this post we want you to go back to your childhood because, what was the most common garment in your mini wardrobe apart from the XXL t-shirts? Maybe jumpsuits? Right! If you had the opportunity to travel to enjoy and break with your routine, which would it be the destination? Which place do you think would work as inspiration for future works and projects? Let’s think… What about California? Or Nevada?

A few months ago we had the chance to travel and visit the largest city in the state of Nevada, as well as the largest and most populous city in the state of California, and as you can see in the pictures below the text, it was a wise decision.

As you probably have already heard, Los Ángeles is known as “The Entertainment Capital of the World”, and Las Vegas, as “Sin City” or “Capital of Second Chances”, this is why these two American cities are perfect for not thinking. But for inspiration.

And that’s how the second collection of Lady Marshmallow was born…

A sweet collection, romantic and completely in tune with the West Coast essence. Every step we took conveyed a feeling, a different emotion from the previous one. Each area gave us a breathe…

Lace, crochet, pastel tones, flowers, long and short dresses, wild accessories, daring, groundbreaking … Ideal to wear them in American soils and also in Spanish ones!

Definitely, Lady Marshmallow loves LA and Las Vegas because from the beginning, they loved the new collection without knowing it…

Lots of love!

Delevingne. You probably already know who is behind this surname. And no, is not Cara. You got it! Is Poppy! Delevingne’s elder sister and one of the it British girls  of the moment. Her blonde waves and her long legs define her among other beauties, but… what about her style?
Classic, simple and always trendy. Always impeccable. There’s no trend that can resist her and for this reason, we can see her wearing floral crowns, white lace dresses, long skirts, sequin dresses…

She even knows how to take advantage of her hair and plays with it doing the trendiest braids. Innate beauty, hers.
Moreover, apart from her love for fashion, she feels devotion for the performing world and therefore she has moved to LA to make her dream become true. If she performs as she poses, the Oscar is guaranteed.

Her latest project has been another collaboration with Massimo Dutti and the result is an extraordinary campaign where she looks sweeter than ever.

We are sure that her looks will inspire you to create your own outfits and make your weekend more special! What do you think?
Happy weekend ladies!!
