After a week of confusion regarding my diet, I decided to go out and lose some calories in the best and funniest way I know, dancing. It’s been a while I didn’t go to a disco club, and I must say I really enjoyed it, also because we ended in this club which had for scene “movies”, and the music they played was simply what I wanted, some alternative Indie Rock.
Regarding my diet, I took one kilo at the very beginning, and lost two kilos after a week, however I had loads of comments from family and friends telling me that I’m not doing a good diet, so I decided to take a rendez-vous with a nutritionist. I’ll keep going with it as soon as I have my own diet plan from the specialist. So far I keep on eating healthy food, drinking a lot of water and dancing to the good sound of music :)
