Julie & Julia : is a 2009 American true story comedy-drama film that depicts events in the life of chef Julia Child in the early years in her culinary career, contrasting her life with Julie Powell, who aspires to cook all 524 recipes from Child’s cookbook “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” during a single year, a challenge she described on her popular blog that would make her a published author. I truly recommend this very tempting movie, Lady Marshmallow.

After watching the movie this afternoon with my partner, we decided to get into the fantastic and irresistible world of Mrs Child and try to cook some of her recipes. And lucky me, by chance talking with my neighbors about the movie, they brought me out of their kitchen shelf Mrs Child’s cookbook “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” 
, so soon I will share with you my very first Julia’s cooking experience.
