Return policy

We understand that you may occasionally want to return or exchange items that are not suitable. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our Online store, please notify us by e-mail to CONTACT@LADYMARSHMALLOW.COM with subject RETURN or EXCHANGE and we will send you the information needed on how to proceed with it.

Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition and full packaging as when you first bought it, complete with dust bag (if provided); and that you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit.Unfortunately, shipping costs and/or import duties are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we would advise customers to contact us at contact@ladymarshmallow.com as soon as possible.


Note: Items on sale are not refundable, only exchanges for an other size or item will be availbale

Shipping information

We aim to despatch orders placed before 12pm, the same day (Please Note: this may differ at busy times such as sale times and Christmas). Orders received after this time will be despatched on the next working day. Your tracking number is sent to the email address provided for the delivery address once the order has been despatched.

On rare occasions parcels may go missing, if for any reason you have not received your parcel within 14 days of ordering, please contact us on contact@ladymarshmallow.com and allow us 5-8 working days for us to carry out the investigation.

your name, invoice address, delivery address, email address, telephone number and credit card details.There is also a 'newsletter' on the site which you are able to sign-up to for regular updates on news, sales, special offers etc. We ask you to supply your name and email address.

Sold out? What if the item I'm interested in is no longer available in my size?  
New items can sell out rather quickly, but we may get more soon!  
Please contact our customer care department at contact@ladymarshmallow.com and we will do our best to notify you if the item becomes available again. Please include the best email address for reaching you when the item becomes available.  
Nearly all of our vintage pieces are one-of–a-kind. Because we only acquire one of each item, we cannot restock specific pieces. We are always on the lookout for amazing pieces and often stock the store with similar styles, so please check back to find our latest vintage. We promise you will fall in love.  

Can I return items that were purchased on sale? 
Sorry, all items purchased on sale or marked down are final.  

I need to change something on my order, how can I do that? 
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (on the same day!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

I keep getting an error when trying to place and order. What should I do? 
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with the information you entered about your credit card, billing or shipping address. Please review all information closely and look for typos or mis-keyed numbers. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue). If you continue to receive error messages please contact our customer care department at: contact@ladymarshmallow.com.  

How long does it take to process my return?  
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. 

When will my order ship? 
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. 
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add contact@ladymarshmallow.com to your safe sender list. 

I'm unsure about a size or I have a fit question. How do I find this information?
