Well, the day has finished and I’m off to bed. Please see bellow an image collage of everything I have eaten.

Also, I’ll be adding from tomorrow real images of what I eat and what I do, and the most important thing a picture of my full body, which will be the key point to see my progress, regarding my shape.

Please note that I’m not following any particular diet. I’m just trying to eat well and keep crappy food apart, exercise a lot and see how it goes. I may get the diet more radical if I see that i’m not having any results.

    I love how you’re doing this. Keeping a diet is all about motivation and writing a diary or a blog about it is a great idea! plus: you’re motivating other people to follow your example! You persuaded me!

    Looks like a good start. But I think you will soon realise that you will need to remove the Cranberry juice and the Petit Suisse (Petit Suisse contains sugar right?). I also looks like you’re eating to little fat.
